S&R’s principals combined have over 45 years experience in the construction industry. You simply cannot put a price on the comfort level that this experience brings to you, the homeowner. Simply put, we know this business inside and out; we know what works, what doesn’t and most of all, how to get a project completed to our customers satisfaction.

S&R strives to make our customers happy. From the initial meeting to the final inspection it is our mission to work for you in getting the job done right, on time and on budget. The biggest problems in the construction industry which ultimately effect you the home owner in the negative are contractors who 1) bid jobs too low, 2) make incomplete bids, 3) mismanage their time, 4) can’t keep to a budget, 5) over-promise and under-deliver.

At S&R we work hard to address these issues up front so you know as accurately as possible what we are going to do for you.

1. Our bids are usually not the lowest. But in trying to be as honest and fair as possible our bids usually include more detail and are as complete as we can possibly make them. We never hide things in an attempt to squeeze more out of you after we’ve dug a huge hole in your back yard or torn apart your kithcen.
   
   
2. We will show you all the things that are going to happen with your project. We’ll describe step by step how we are going to get from implementation to completion. We’ll even give you a “heads up” on items that we’ve identified that will need to be addressed once the project starts, and we’ll present you with options. Our bids are complete; there are no hidden items.
   
   
3. You know the adage, time is money. In the construction business this works both ways. If I can complete your project on time, then I’ve done my job well and saved you money. If I have mismanaged the calendar, then ultimately the project will cost you more. We work extremely hard to use our time wisely. We want your project done on a timely basis; it’s in both our interests.
   
   
4. Keeping to a budget is paramount to your happiness, and all the items discussed so far can cause a project to go way off budget. That’s why we address them up front, not later once a project has already started.
